Yes, but it depends on the system size. We design custom solutions based on your energy needs. A “Basic” system handles lighting and TVs, while our “Premium” systems are engineered to run refrigerators, air conditioners, and water pumps 24/7.
We primarily use LiFePO4 (Lithium) batteries which typically last 10–15 years (approx. 6,000 cycles). If you choose Gel batteries, they typically last 2–4 years depending on usage and maintenance.
Solar panels still produce electricity on cloudy or dusty days, though at a reduced rate. Our systems are designed with “Autonomy Days”—extra battery storage to keep your lights on even during 2-3 days of heavy rain or thick dust.
This allows us to immediately secure your high-value equipment (panels, inverters, batteries) from our warehouse or suppliers. It protects you from price fluctuations and ensures that once our team arrives at your site, they have every single component needed to finish the job without delays.
For equipment purchases, we require full payment. However, for large-scale Electrical Wiring projects, we can negotiate a written “Milestone Payment Plan” where you pay in stages as the work progresses.
Our website prices are “Base Rates” for the equipment and expert labor. Because solar equipment is heavy and fragile, specialized transport is required. We charge a transparent fee based on your distance from our Head Office to cover fuel and logistics.
We offer a 12-month Workmanship Guarantee on all our installations. Additionally, the equipment itself carries manufacturer warranties—typically 5 to 25 years for solar panels and 2 to 5 years for inverters.
